Scott Wheeler

Scott began his construction career as a member of the Laborer’s Union in 1991. He started his journey as a laborer and over the next 25 years, acquired the skills and experience to own and operate several different construction and development companies. Scott’s expertise covers all aspects of both residential and commercial building construction as well as large-scale development projects. He has successfully completed projects all across West Virginia and North Carolina. With years of experience in custom projects, Scott understands the dedication needed to give clients the confidence of knowing they received a quality product and value for their investment. He is personally committed to every client and makes a point to visit each project frequently to ensure overall success and client satisfaction. Scott believes in the philosophy “lead by example” and uses his commitment and dedication to instill the highest level of quality and craftsmanship in everyone on the Landcore team. Dru Wheeler

Over 10 years of experience in residential, commercial building, and industrial construction. Since an early age his enthusiasm and passion for construction was evident. These traits are the driving force behind his detail-oriented approach. When combining his field experience and project management experience as well as his commitment to planning, allows him to successfully navigate a wide array of construction projects.

Vp of Business Development / Project Manager

Kevin Adkins

Kevin’s drive & experience has deep roots. Learning the craft of carpentry from his grandfather, led to a part-time job in high school learning from a residential builder.  His quick ability to learn and thrive with challenges continued through his college years. After college, he took on the role of project management in addition to starting his own company in which he built and sold his own houses. Increasingly his passion took a turn to commercial building. Successfully planning both financially & on-site management. This duel experience in both residential and commercial world continues to excite and fuel a passion that is ready for the next challenge.
