Civil Foreman Superintendent
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Foreman/Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in road construction, utilities, commercial building sites, and developments, and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily operations on construction sites
Review daily and weekly production goals with project managers
Prepare daily logs to track progress and ensure efficient operations
Coordinate with various subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards
Multi-task and communicate effectively with inspectors, vendors, project managers, and other team members
Ensure that quality control and company safety policies are being followed on the job site
Some travel may be required
Skills:
Heavy equipment operation experience is preferred
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards in the construction industry
Ability to work on multiple discipline projects
Excellent project management and supervision skills
Strong decision-making ability and leadership skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education/Experience:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in heavy civil construction.

Surveyor
Landcore Builders is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Surveyor/Layout professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the construction industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our projects. This position requires frequent travel to job sites and the ability to perform layout in the field.
Responsibilities:
Create CAD models for field layout and machine control using CAD and Trimble Business Center
Perform construction layout using GPS and Total Station technology on job sites
Assist estimators with the creation of models and material takeoffs
Manage GPS technology and other layout equipment
Review daily project reports and provide technical support to project managers and other team members
Represent Landcore in a professional manner to clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants
Follow all company safety guidelines at all times and be willing to travel between projects and the office as needed
Skills:
Experience with CAD or Trimble Business Center
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards in the construction industry
Ability to work on multiple discipline projects
Excellent project management and supervision skills
Strong decision-making ability and leadership skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or Construction Management
